Winston LP46 Description
Designed to minimize user maintenance, the Winston LP46 Collectramatic® pressure fryer cooks roughly 20 to 30 cook cycles without the need to manually filter product or empty the 13-inch-deep collector. This unit's microprocessor control is equipped with eight channels, enabling programming of as many as six temperatures and several time settings for each cooking cycle, streamlining food preparation. For time-specific needs, settings can be modified to cook as many as 18 pounds of chicken in 10 minutes. The versatile Flex-Time mechanism is also integrated into the controller to accommodate product with different sizes. Overall, this four-head unit has a maximum capacity of 14 pounds of frozen or refrigerated products and 64 pounds of cooking oil.
Made of durable stainless steel, the Winston LP46 commercial pressure fryer is geared to endure common wear from loading product and cooking foods at high temperatures. To reduce risk of user injury, the cooking chamber fully includes a 11⁄2-inch layer of insulation. It's mounted on four adjustable legs to account for uneven surfaces, and it measures 201/5 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 50 inches high. This unit includes various accessories, such as a clamshell basket, a drain hook, a heat plate, a Teflon® brush, a long collector, a spatula, two collector gaskets, and two lid gaskets.
