Winston HC4009 Description
The Winston HC4009 undercounter insulated mobile heated cabinet measures 273/5 inches wide by 341/2 inches deep by 314/5 inches high. Multiple pans can fit in this space in various configurations: six 18-inch by 26-inch pans, six half-sized gastronorm pans, and (12) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Interior insulation keeps food warm, while the secure lock of the front door's magnetic latch securely keeps the heat in. The undercounter mobile heated cabinet is made of stainless steel for additional longevity.
Electronic controls at the bottom of the Winston HC4009 insulated mobile heated cabinet maintain set temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicken legs and wings, rotisseries, and other meats are kept at safe serving temperatures with the aid of the digital display that monitors internal conditions. Users must manually refill the water reservoir for efficient heating throughout the day.
