From the CVap® series, the Winston CHV5-04HP cook-and-hold oven provides kitchens with a layered heating and evaporating element that rests beneath countertops. Its stainless steel structure resists rust and corrosion and features four levels that can support 65 pounds each. These shelves can hold four 13-inch by 18-inch or 12-inch by 20-inch pans, and the unit as a whole is situated on four 3-inch casters that enable smooth mobility. Considering this appliance’s compact size, it features one compartment fitted with a single field-reversible door and magnetic handle. The oven is insulated to ensure accurate temperatures are met with energy efficiency, though temperatures can be altered in 1-degree intervals or picked from one of the eight programmable channels.

To assist in time crunches, the Winston CHV5-04HP cooking equipment includes an automatic fill function, a drain, and discernible controls. These control keys—in addition to others, USB connectors, and audio ports—are found on the C-Touch panel. After the water reaches the desired level, users can select their temperature and time settings, both of which are dependent on the type of convection cooking executed, before placing food items inside. As they cook, evaporators and heaters work to achieve positive results while staff members monitor their temperatures recorded through the HACCP downloads.
