Winco XLB-1000 Countertop All Purpose Blender w/ Tritan™ Container

For making sweet sauces, like chocolate ganache, or refreshing smoothies, the Winco XLB-1000 all-purpose blender features a break-resistant, 68-ounce Titan™ container capable of holding fruits, vegetables, and more to meet a variety of culinary needs. This container's cover includes a cap so employees can add ingredients mid-cycle without removing the entire lid; this cap also helps reduce pressure while blending hot liquids when removed. Staff can use its 11¹/₂-inch tamper to push ingredients down during blending, and to reduce mess, its curved handle assists in pouring.

The Winco XLB-1000 all-purpose blender can withstand temperatures as high as 226 degrees Fahrenheit, and to reduce pressure, its blades are constructed of durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel that can withstand back-to-back blending. Its 2-horsepower motor is quick and effective at blending a variety of consistencies, and after use, all parts except the base and blade fixing block can be cleaned in a dishmachine. This blender features a variable speed control dial, paddle controls, and a pulse function
