Great buy!
We use our pasta cooker for feeding about 90 people in our school cafeteria. We had a smaller one that we had to do multiple batches. The smaller one had little pegs that you could rest the inside pan on to drain the pasta and retain the hot water, so multiple batches were fast to drain and then keep on cooking. But I love my bigger capacity kettle!
