This 19⁷/₈-inch-wide by 21¹¹/₁₆-inch-deep by 29³/₄-inch-high unit sits on nonslip rubber feet to remain stable during operation.

The Winco EMP-20 Planetary Mixer utilizes three speeds of low, medium, and high. Because of its versatile attachment capability, users can implement the wire whip, flat beater, and dough hook for culinary tasks like mixing dough or whipping eggs. For simple operation, it has an easy-to-reach power switch, and once turned on, the gear-driven transmission communicates to the 1¹/₂-horsepower motor. For additional protection that minimizes overheating, this mixer is implemented with manual overload protection that can be reset.
