Winco EICS-18 Countertop Induction Cooktop w/ (1) Burner, 120v/1ph

The Winco EICS-18 countertop induction cooktop is great for demonstration and buffet line cooking. It uses induction heating, which is safer than traditional electric or gas cooktops because heat is transferred directly to the pan without the surface giving off lots of heat. Because of its compact design, this cooktop can be moved from one location to another promptly. Induction-ready cookware between 4¹⁄₂ and 10¹⁄₂ inches must be used with this unit.

For safety, the Winco EICS-18 countertop induction cooktop has an automatic shut-off feature. Users can set the cooktop's heat level using the digital controls; it has precise settings to simmer, warm, or cook food. The timer can be set as long as 150 minutes.
