Winco AFP-14NS-H Description
Part of the Majestic™ series, the Winco AFP-14NS-H frying pan strikes a balance between durability and convenience in commercial kitchens. Constructed of 3003 aluminum alloy, this pan resists corrosion, is durable, and has a 3 1⁄2-millimeter-thick base for optimal heating and cooling. Its handle is attached through riveting, adding extra strength, and includes a silicone sleeve for protection against temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. With a Quantum2® nonstick coating in addition to a 14-inch diameter, this pan simplifies plating and maneuvering, which is great when preparing sauteed zucchini sticks or caramelized carrot slices. While this pan is not dishwasher safe, it does come with a hanging hole to maximize storage space.
