Royal Range RFT-50 Description
The Royal Range RFT-50 RFT stainless steel fryer withstands constant heat and moisture exposure without degrading over time. Crafted for compact stations, it measures 15 1⁄2 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 45 3⁄4 inches high and integrates 6-inch adjustable legs. The two baskets separate orders inside the 50-pound tank, while the 1 1⁄4-inch full-port valve delivers controlled drainage. Operating from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, the millivolt thermostatic control features a safety shutoff that prevents startup during pilot outage. Fueled by LP gas, three cast iron burners produce 114,000 BTU through a tube-fired design for strong recovery.
