The NU-VU SMOKE13 full-size smoker oven can hold 13 full-size or 26 half-size pans. Pans are held on the oven's 13 stainless steel racks. These racks and the unit are made of stainless steel for durability and a professional appearance.
This NU-VU SMOKE13 smoker oven has a cook-and-hold function. Thus, users can prepare lots of food and keep it at the proper temperature until ready to serve. The smoker oven uses a humidity system to preserve food quality and retain as much volume as possible.
