NU-VU RM-5T Half-Size Countertop Convection Oven, 240v

The NU-VU RM-5T countertop convection oven has a single compartment that accommodates five full-size or 10 half-size sheet pans. Its V-Air® system ensures even heat distribution inside the cabinet, and a microswitch turns off the fan motor to retain heat. Fully insulated, the cabinet's design traps heat inside to increase operating efficiency. The stainless steel construction holds up against scratches and dents, and the field-reversible door with dual-pane tempered glass prevents burns. All NU-VU RM-5T countertop convection ovens have reliable, solid-state controls and a control panel that can be accessed from the side or front to help with maintenance.
