Univex SL80RB Description
To provide long-term durability and expedite cleaning, the Univex SL80RB mixer's spiral dough hook, shaft, and bowl are constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its control panel features individual digital timers for its low- and high-speed settings. Designed for floor placement, this unit measures 405⁄8 inches wide by 511⁄8 inches deep by 511⁄2 inches high.
The Univex SL80RB mixer has a powerful belt-driven motor that optimizes performance and operates quietly. Employees can alternate between 95 and 190 RPM speed options depending on the type and amount of dough they're working with. Great for pizzerias, bakeries, and bagel shops, it features a 176-pound dough capacity and a 137-quart bowl. This unit's safety switches reduce the risk of injury when the bowl lid is open.
