Duke 613Q-E3V Description
To offer cooking versatility, the Duke 613Q-E3V electric convection oven features a two-speed fan and six adjustable racks that can be rearranged to 13 different positions. The interior is insulated to retain heat and has a nonstick porcelain liner to speed up cleaning. This unit’s exterior is constructed primarily of stainless steel to ensure longevity with intensive use.
Using a snap-action thermostat, the temperature of the Duke 613Q-E3V single-deck convection oven can be adjusted between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. So operators can walk away to attend to other tasks, it is equipped with a countdown timer that can be set as high as 60 minutes. This unit is fitted with interior lighting to offer a clear view inside the cabinet.
