To maintain stability on uneven flooring, the Duke 613Q-E2XX electric convection oven is mounted on adjustable stainless steel legs. Its sides, top, and front are also made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and rust resistance. This unit’s interior is lined with heat-resistant, nonstick porcelain that won’t harbor buildup to streamline cleaning.
The Duke 613Q-E2XX full-size convection oven has a temperatures range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and utilizes a two-speed fan to offer versatility. To offer visibility into the cabinets, it features double-paned glass windows as well as interior lighting. This unit utilizes a reliable snap-action thermostat and is equipped with a 60-minute electric dial timer.
