Duke 613Q-E2XX Description
With an exterior constructed primarily of stainless steel, the Duke 613Q-E2XX electric convection oven is durable enough to withstand heavy, everyday use. Its doors open independently with individual handles and feature double-pane glass windows to provide a clear view of the interior. To provide further visibility, each of two cabinets is illuminated with interior lighting.
The Duke 613Q-E2XX double-deck convection oven features six racks per deck that can be adjusted to 13 different positions. Using solid-state infinite controls, operators can set the temperature between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. To provide cooking versatility, this unit features a two-speed fan and has a cook-and-hold feature.
