The Duke 613Q-E2V electric convection oven features two compartments with six adjustable racks each. Its cabinets are illuminated with interior lighting and lined with nonstick porcelain to streamline cleaning. It has a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and features a 60-minute electric dial timer. This unit’s top, front, and sides are constructed of durable stainless steel to ensure longevity with heavy use.
The Duke 613Q-E2V full-size convection oven is mounted on adjustable, 8-inch stainless steel legs to maintain stability on uneven surfaces. Its temperature is controlled with a reliable snap-action thermostat, and air is circulated using a two-speed fan. This unit features four stainless steel doors that can be opened independently.
