Duke 613Q-E1XX Description
Designed to accelerate the baking process, the Duke 613Q-E1XX single electric convection oven has a two-speed fan that consistently moves heat around the chamber. When operators are baking delicate items, they can use the pulse fan feature to prevent food from rippling before it can set. The solid-state temperature and time controls let the operator choose the settings, and the cook-and-hold function increases application flexibility.
The Duke 613Q-E1XX single full-size convection oven's cavity has six racks and can hold full-size pans. Because the interior has a standard depth, it's deigned to hold pans in side-to-side positioning. Its interior is finished with porcelain—a corrosion-resistant material that creates a nonstick surface. Interior lighting ensures product is visible through the double-pane glass door windows.
