Duke 613-E4XX Description
The Duke 613-E4XX convection oven is great for use in restaurant kitchens, providing baking capability for such menu items as bread, pasta bakes, and roast turkey. Helping them keep up with customer traffic, its two chambers give chefs added cooking output. So chefs can check in on the cooking cycle, the chambers two doors have windows.
The Duke 613-E4XX convection oven’s porcelain chambers can be wiped clean, but they should be checked over the long term to prevent potential cracking damage. Showcasing the food so it can be monitored by chefs, the chambers are fitted with internal lighting. With its 12-hour timer, the oven can be set to slow-cook food over a long period.
