Duke 613-E4XX Description
The Duke 613-E4XX convection oven is great for preparing a variety of meals including roast chicken and pasta bakes. It has two chambers that enable chefs to prepare multiple items at once to keep up with customer traffic. Each chamber has two doors and a glass window that offers a look into each chamber to monitor the progress of food.
The Duke 613-E4XX convection oven’s chambers are porcelain, which is can be quickly cleaned, though precautions over the long term should be implemented to prevent cracking damage.
