Duke 613-E1XX Description
With the cook-and-hold function, food in the Duke 613-E1XX electric convection oven will stay warm until it’s served. A two-speed fan and pulse fan circulate heat throughout the cavity, and insulation throughout ensures this heat doesn’t escape. Operators can adjust the temperature using solid-state controls from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit if needed, and a 12-hour timer indicates when food is ready.
The Duke 613-E1XX single full-size convection oven has durable stainless steel doors. These doors can be opened with a single hand, and one side has a window that enables monitoring as product cooks. To hold food, the cabinet has six racks that are adjustable to 13 positions. The interior is made of porcelain to streamline cleaning.
