Duke 613-E1XX Description
The Duke 613-E1XX convection oven helps users quickly prepare a large amount of food. Its standard-depth chamber can hold six pans on adjustable racks. This unit’s dependent doors have a glass panel that enables users to monitor the cooking process. To facilitate cleanup, the interior has a smooth porcelain lining.
The Duke 613-E1XX convection oven has solid-state digital controls that are simple to use. These controls enable users to activate hold mode, adjust the temperature, or set a timer. The oven’s temperature is adjustable between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and its timer can run for 12 hours.
