Duke 613-E1V Description
This Duke 613-E1V full-size convection oven's top, front, and sides are made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of porcelain. Its 65/35 stainless steel doors are chain driven and open simultaneously, enabling one-handed operation. A double-pane glass window on the larger door helps the user view the interior, and to accommodate various products, six racks are inside and can be adjusted on 13 rack positions.
To trap heat and prevent ambient air from getting inside, the Duke 613-E1V convection oven has insulation on the top, bottom, sides, and back. Its snap-action thermostat has a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and a two-speed blower motor provides even heat distribution throughout the unit. When cooking times run out, a 60-minute dial timer continuously buzzes.
