Duke 59-E4XX Description
The Duke 59-E4XX convection oven is a great choice for high-volume establishments because it has two decks that each hold five food pans. Pans are supported on racks while they cook, and these racks can be adjusted to different positions. After food has been cooked, users can preserve it until it is served with the cook-and-hold function.
The Duke 59-E4XX convection oven uses solid-state digital controls to manage time and temperature settings. Its timer can be set as long as 12 hours, and it can produce temperatures between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure food doesn’t burn while cooking, users can watch it through the glass door panel.
