Star UM1850A Description
The Star UM1850A Ultra-Max® impingement oven uses focused jet nozzles to direct hot air at food, heating it more rapidly than a convection oven. It has a stainless steel cooking chamber that's resistant to scratching and corrosion, and its impingement nozzles are efficient to clean. Measuring 50 inches long, the belt is great for running a series of pizzas through the oven.
Able to be stacked two ovens high, the Star UM1850A commercial impingement oven is a single-deck unit and can be set up on any counter. This unit's electronic controls include six programmable presets, as well as features for temperature conversion, belt direction, and lock-out. A fan built into the unit keeps electronics cool and combats overheating.
