Star HPDE2H Description
The high-performance Star HPDE2H hot food dispenser's 165-rotations-per-minute peristaltic pump design matches the demand of high-traffic concession stands. This two-spout unit uses two 6-pound pre-packaged pouches simultaneously and holds two other 6-pound bags in reserve until they're ready for use. This pump design dispenses 95 percent of each bag's contents to reduce product waste, and while it comes preset at 145 degrees Fahrenheit, operators can adjust the temperature with the digital control as needed. To minimize unappetizing cold spots, the forced-air heating system generates uniform temperatures.
To increase impulse purchases, the Star HPDE2H heated peristaltic condiment dispenser features attention-grabbing chili and nacho cheese graphics. For countertop use, this low-profile unit measures 143/10 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 271/10 inches high. Its stainless steel supports resist warping, denting, rusting, and corroding through high-volume use, while its plastic panels withstand impacts. To ease cleaning, its stainless steel drip pan is removable.
