Star PGT7IEA-240V Description
Built for high-performance sandwich grilling, the Star PGT7IEA-240V Pro-Max 2.0® sandwich grill features a torsion spring hinge system that has been tested through millions of cycles to provide consistent operation. Its grooved cast iron cooking surface measures 71/2 inches wide by 141/5 inches deep, to provide uniform grilling results. A 3-inch flat landing opening accommodates large sandwiches while providing consistent contact and heating. Electronic controls regulate temperatures between 175 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and a built-in timer enhances cooking precision.
The Star PGT7IEA-240V panini press is constructed with a stainless steel exterior for durability in commercial kitchens. A low-profile design enables simple countertop placement, while non-skid feet provide stability during operation. The removable grease drawer simplifies cleanup, and a heavy-gauge oil- and water-resistant conduit protects the electrical connections for enhanced safety.
