A standing pilot keeps burners ready between batches, while heavy-duty metal knobs hold up under frequent use. Grease is collected through a front trough into a removable 6-quarts drawer for fast cleanup.
Constructed for durability, the Star 824MA Ultra-Max gas griddle features a welded steel frame paired with a stainless steel exterior to protect against wear. A 4 3⁄8-inch splash guard surrounds the back and sides to reduce mess, and the 3 1⁄2-inch trough manages runoff during cooking.
