The Star 772TA Ultra-Max® griddle is independently controlled every 12 inches with an embedded snap-action thermostat and temperatures ranging from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. As the polished steel plate heats up and cools down, it resists warping since the plate is 1 inch thick. A heavy-duty stainless steel base simplifies cleaning, and four 4-inch legs elevate it off the counter to adjust for non-level surfaces. Integrated into the Star 772TA Ultra-Max griddle, the side and rear splash guards protect the countertop from grease splatter and crumbs.
