Star 736TCHSA Description
The Star 736TCHSA Ultra-Max® electric griddle offers precision, consistency, and efficiency in a compact footprint. This 36-inch wide model features three independent 12-inch zones, each powered by a 4,350-watt heating element and controlled by a snap-action thermostat for responsive, targeted temperature management from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. A chrome-plated T1 steel surface retains heat and reduces sticking, while the 6-quarts grease drawer and 31⁄2-inch front trough support extended operation with minimal interruption for cleaning.
Constructed with a welded steel frame and finished in corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the Star 736TCHSA Ultra-Max electric griddle withstands repeated use in demanding kitchens. A 51⁄2-inch wraparound splash guard helps contain grease and splatter, and the 31⁄2-inch front trough collects drippings efficiently. The 1-inch thick chrome plate delivers even heat across the entire cooking area, and the unit rests on four 4-inch stainless steel legs with 13⁄8-inch adjustment to level the frame on uneven surfaces.
