Star 724TA Description
The Star 724TA Ultra-Max® electric griddle features a polished steel plate that distributes heat evenly and withstands daily use in a compact footprint. This 24-inch wide by 24-inch deep model includes two independent 12-inch zones, each powered by a 4,350-watt element and controlled by a snap-action thermostat with a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. A 5-in. wraparound splash guard helps contain grease near the cooking surface, and four stainless steel legs with 1 5⁄8-in. adjustment keep the unit level on uneven prep tables.
Constructed with a welded steel frame and corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior, the Star 724TA Ultra-Max electric griddle supports repeated use during peak periods. A 3 1⁄2-in. front trough directs runoff into a 6-qt. drawer, allowing staff to manage grease without interrupting service. The steel plate is 1 inch thick to retain surface temperature during high-demand cycles, helping operators prepare foods with greater efficiency.
