The Star 70SSA hot dog steamer can accommodate 230 hot dogs and 36 buns. Since it has a large capacity, the 14-quart water pan enables all day steaming, and the hot dog juice tray keeps water clean. This hot dog steamer's side-by-side design streamlines heat and humidity controls, while a shelf in the hot dog compartment separates product for even heat distribution. In the bun compartment, a rack is included to keep buns warm without becoming soggy. This unit has a pull-down, tempered glass door that enables customers to see product and serve themselves.
Constructed of stainless steel, this steamer is durable and resists dents and scratches. The thermostat can be adjusted for ideal temperature control, and an indicator light turns on when the water reservoir needs refilling. Since the Star 70SSA hot dog steamer has a tubular heating element, it quickly warms up and maintains a consistent temperature while controlling excess humidity.
