The Dukers DDM72R-CB full-service bakery case features curved front glass, four interior levels, and a length of 72 inches to display cakes, pastries, and desserts in high-visibility environments. Double-pane tempered glass doors and side panels provide durability and added safety while enhancing product visibility from multiple angles. This three-section unit is finished in black with a stainless steel interior and canopy LED lighting to keep merchandise lit at all times.
The DDM72R-CB bakery case operates with a copper evaporator and uses R290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A digital temperature control system with an integrated LED display allows precise adjustment, and the automatic defrost cycle ensures consistent cooling without manual upkeep. The interior and canopy lighting are controlled by a right-side switch, giving staff control over merchandising visibility as needed.
