The unit measures 36 inches wide and includes four interior glass levels to help operators organize products by type or serving size. Its tempered sliding doors enable full-service access across three sections, while the black exterior and stainless steel interior support long-term performance.
Equipped with a copper evaporator, the Dukers DDM36R-CB cake display case maintains a stable temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for fast, efficient cooling. Digital temperature controls and an LED display enable precise adjustments, and the automatic defrost cycle reduces downtime for cleaning. The interior and canopy LED lights are activated by a right-side switch, keeping contents well lit for visibility throughout the day.
