Ideal for continuous backline use, the Dukers DCGM60 gas griddle includes four adjustable stainless steel legs to improve leveling and airflow in high-output kitchens. Independent manual controls are spaced every 12 inches for targeted heat management across zones. The unit's full-length drip pan collects grease for quick disposal, helping maintain cleanliness during repeated use throughout the day.
Fitted with a 33⁄4-inch polished steel griddle plate, the Dukers DCGM60 gas griddle maintains heat across its 593⁄4-inch width and supports larger batch cooking with five zoned burners. Its stainless steel body resists rust and surface wear from repeated cleaning. Powered by natural gas or LP, the unit is built for consistent heating in demanding kitchen environments.
