Its 60-inch-wide exterior is constructed of durable 430 stainless steel, while the painted aluminum interior resists moisture and corrosion. A 10¹⁄₂-inch-deep, ³⁄₄-inch-thick polyethylene cutting board spans the length of the unit, creating a dedicated surface for prepping sandwiches, salads, and wraps.

The Grista GRSL-2D/60 includes a digital temperature controller with LED display for maintaining settings between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Two self-closing doors feature recessed handles and microswitches that stop fan operation when opened to reduce energy loss. Inside, two plastic-coated wire shelves adjust to accommodate changing storage needs, and the insulated hinged lid protects the pan rail during off-hours. R290 refrigerant and automatic defrost enhance energy efficiency, while four 4-inch casters—two locking—add mobility for cleaning access.
