The Grista GRSL-2D refrigerated sandwich/salad prep table provides a 12-cubic-foot storage capacity while maintaining a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and uses axial evaporator fans to circulate low-velocity, high-volume airflow. The unit’s precise digital temperature controller features an LED display, and an automatic defrost function ensures consistent performance without manual intervention. A cold topping area holds various food pans up to 6 inches deep, while an insulated hinged lid helps retain cold temperatures when not in use.
Equipped with a full-length polyethylene cutting board, the Grista GRSL-2D prep table provides a durable surface for food preparation. Constructed with a 430 stainless steel exterior and a painted aluminum interior, it is designed for durability in commercial kitchens. Its two self-closing doors feature recessed handles and a microswitch that turns off the evaporator fans when opened. The unit includes two adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves and is mounted on four 4-inch casters—two locking and two non-locking.
