Powered by liquid propane, the Lincoln 1601-000-U conveyor oven effectively bakes, cooks, and crisps a variety of menu favorites. Its FastBake™ technology reduces customer wait times, and it features a temperature range of 250 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and a 1-to-30-minute timer. Its internal microprocessor controls the belt speed and bake times. Settings can be adjusted to accommodate different cooking requirements and are lockable to prevent unintended modifications. The illuminated display panel lets staff quickly distinguish the speed, thermostat, and diagnostic status at a glance, and for quick loading, this unit sports a narrow deposit door that's constructed with glass for unobstructed visibility. Its cool-to-touch handle provides operators with access to the 40-inch-long baking chamber.
The Lincoln 1601-000-U conveyor pizza oven features a 73-inch-long by 32-inch-wide conveyor with a reversible indirect drive and a product-stop safety mechanism. It can be turned on and off with a manual power switch, and for cleaning and maintenance, the belt can be removed through the open side channels. Ideal for compact kitchens, this 80-inch-long by 601⁄2-inch-deep by 441⁄8-inch-high unit features a low-profile, single-deck design. Its stand has four swivel casters for simplified transport, and because of its stainless steel top, front, and sides, this unit withstands rust and wear through regular cleanings.
