Lincoln 1600-FB3E Description
To accommodate thick and thin pizza crusts, the Lincoln 1600-FB3E-2083 Impinger® conveyor oven comes with adjustable speed and temperature settings—speed ranges from 1 to 30 minutes and temperatures range from 250 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Controlled by an internal microprocessor, these settings can be locked to prevent unintended modifications, while the machine can be turned on and off with a simple power switch. Its FastBake™ technology reduces cook times for expedited service, and to quickly determine its status, this electric unit features a fluorescent-lit display for temperature, thermostat, speed, and diagnostic alerts. Suitable for left-to-right or right-to-left operation, it has a mechanically reversible belt that can be paused to extend cook times.
To fit compact kitchens, the Lincoln 1600-FB3E-2083 conveyor oven features a low-profile, triple-deck design with a mobile stand for convenient transport. Its front-facing glass door provides an accessible loading point for pizza and calzones, which are cooked in the 40-inch-long baking chamber. To protect users from burns, the door features a protruding, cool-to-touch handle, and for simplified cleaning, its 73-inch-long by 32-inch-wide conveyor can be removed through the two side openings. The front, top, and sides of this unit are constructed of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel for long-lasting use, and this unit measures 80 inches long by 601⁄2 inches deep by 663⁄8 inches high overall.
