This Lincoln Foodservice impinger countertop conveyor oven uses hot air under pressure which surrounds the food with small jets of hot air which allows for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping of foods. This process works two to four times faster than conventional ovens! This impinger countertop conveyor oven features a variable speed continuous cook platform that moves products through the oven one after another, improving product flow during the cooking process, virtually eliminating labor. The impinger conveyor oven has one self contained heating system. The oven controls are located on the front of the oven and include a power on-off switch, temperature control, and conveyor speed control.
For an easy to clean professional look, the exterior is fabricated from # 4 finish stainless steel and the 50" conveyor belt is a flexible stainless steel design with a capacity for 16" wide foods. The motor runs exceptionally quiet and slowly moves your foods through the baking chamber to achieve the best results possible.
