Lincoln 1180-FB3E Description
The Lincoln 1180-FB3E restaurant conveyor oven has impingement air jets that direct focused hot air at food, preparing it with greater efficiency and speed than ovens using convection fans. Using the glass access doors, the oven chambers can be side loaded and their contents monitored during cooking. The 18-inch-wide conveyor belts can hold groups of small foods or large products.
This Lincoln 1180-FB3E triple-deck conveyor oven has digital controls used to modify bake time, belt speed, temperature, and more. To prevent unauthorized alterations, the cook settings can be locked in place. The oven's stainless steel exterior gives it defense against scratching and rust.
