Lincoln 1180-FB1E Description
The Lincoln 1180-FB1E commercial conveyor oven can be used in high-production establishments such as pizzerias, producing food quickly and consistently to meet customer demand. Its impingement air jets heat its cooking chamber in less time than a conventional convection oven, increasing production rates. A temperature range of 250 to 575 degrees Fahrenheit enables this versatile oven to cook a wide range of foods.
The oven's 18-inch-wide belt equips it to cook large items or groups of small products. On the side is a glass door that can be used to directly add food to the oven, giving kitchen staff an at-a-glance view inside as well. Digital controls improve the oven's cooking accuracy. This Lincoln 1180-FB1E express conveyor oven is mounted on a stand with casters, enabling operators to relocate it as necessary.
