Lincoln 1180-FB1E Description
The Lincoln 1180-FB1E Impinger® II electric conveyor oven enables users to meet customer demand quickly with high-quality product. To minimize cooking time, the oven uses impingement and FastBake technology that blasts food with hot air without creating excess kitchen noise. This oven's controls are digital and can be locked to ensure they aren't changed by accident.
The conveyor of the Lincoln 1180-FB1E impinger oven is 18 inches wide, so large pizzas and multiple sandwiches can pass through its 28-inch-long baking chamber. Products can be loaded into the chamber through the front glass door. When the oven interior must be cleaned, the removable door expedites reaching inside.
