Lincoln 1133-000-V Description
For settings with limited installation space, the Lincoln 1133-000-V Impinger® II Express conveyor pizza oven is a ventless unit. This single-deck stainless steel unit measures 56 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 42 inches tall and is built with a single 281/4-inch-wide baking chamber. Because its conveyor can be reversed to dispense foods from the right or left side after baking, it's for a flexible option for kitchens with specific layouts. This unit features a glass half-pass door that grants a view of the baking process, while its cool-to-the-touch handle reduces user injury. For simplified cleaning, the fingers, conveyor, and half-pass door are removable from the front.
The Lincoln 1133-000-V conveyorized oven uses air impingement technology to eliminate the cold halo that surrounds foods during baking. By blasting pressurized air toward food from above and below the conveyor belt, it heats food quickly and evenly to achieve desired results. To accommodate changing baking requirements, operators can set temperature from 250 to 575 degrees Fahrenheit on the digital control panel and input a bake time between 1 and 30 minutes. These settings can be locked during operation to prevent inadvertent changes. Users can further observe temperature, belt speed, and diagnostic messages with the fluorescent display's readouts.
