The Master-Bilt DC-8DSE stand alone ice cream dipping cabinet has a 19-tub capacity, displaying 11 3-gallon cans and storing eight 3-gallon cans simultaneously. At the top of the unit are four hinged lids designed to open and close with integrated handles so employees can smoothly dip products. These lids are made of impact-resistant stainless steel and feature heavy-duty gaskets for a secure, reliable closure. The cabinet is made of 24-gauge galvanized stainless steel, while the interior and liner sport the same material for abrasion resistance. This unit retains cold conditions with the assistance of 21/4-inch, foamed-in-place urethane to reduce operational costs.
The self-contained refrigeration of the Master-Bilt DC-8DSE stand-alone ice cream dipper makes it simple to install. Via the forced draft hermetic condenser, this dipping cabinet operates at a set temperature between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Its built-in cold-wall evaporator holds even temperatures throughout the cabinet, and because it eliminates the need for air blowing, it maintains the texture and quality of ice cream and gelato. It’s heavy-duty design measures 54 inches wide and stands stable on leveling legs.
