The Master-Bilt DC-4D ice cream storage and dipping cabinet stays cool with the self-contained refrigeration system that uses R290 refrigerant and a temperature range of -10 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold air stays inside the cabinet because it is insulated with 2¹⁄₄ inches of urethane that is foamed in place, also making the cabinet rigid. The galvanized steel interior and exterior are durable and scratch resistant. Cleaning the interior of the cabinet is simple since there is a floor drain with a garden hose fitting. Gaskets on the lids keep cold air from escaping the cabinet. The stainless steel lids are hinged with handles so opening them is easy. The Master-Bilt DC-4D ice cream storage and dipping cabinet has leveling legs so it can be installed on uneven flooring.
