Dynamic MX042.1ES Description
Ideal for mixing, blending, pureeing, and emulsifying, the Dynamic MX042.1ES immersion blender lets cooks prep ingredients in the same pot they'll be prepared, reducing dirty dishes. It has a 20-gallon capacity and a long, 14-inch stainless steel shaft. At the end of the shaft, the 41/2-inch-diameter bell can be removed and cleaned, while its cutter blade is plated in corrosion-resistant titanium to increase durability.
