Its condenser is self-contained to streamline installation, and it cools with R-404A refrigerant to produce 758 pounds of ice per day. If the room's ambient temperature rises, this unit produces closer to 566 pounds per day, and the bin can hold 536 pounds.

The Scotsman MC0722MA-32/B530S full-cube ice maker with bin comes with a scoop to prevent employees from reaching into the bin to grab ice. An integrated scoop holder provides sanitary storage and the bin is lined with polyethylene to streamline cleaning. To keep ice fresh for customers, this unit has WaterSense adjustable purge controls that rid it of impurities, and because the bin is insulated with polyurethane, the ice doesn't melt quickly.
