To streamline the serving process, this Hatco MPWS-36 multi-product warming station's six overhead ceramic heating elements and heated base hold hot fried foods at safe serving temperatures. Two separate electronic controls—one for rear elements and one for front elements—can adjust temperatures as holding requirements and inventory change, and operators can modify the base's temperatures with a thermostatic control. A master power rocker switch simplifies operation.

The Hatco MPWS-36 freestanding multi-product warming station measures 37³⁹/₁₀₀ inches wide by 24⁴/₅ inches deep by 32³/₄ inches high for placement next to a fryer and has an open design that facilitates product loading and retrieval. Its standard side panel can be attached on the right or left side to shield displayed items from oil splatters or other contaminants, while its coated shatter-resistant incandescent bulbs illuminate displayed product. This stainless steel unit resists rust and corrosion to minimize maintenance and withstand daily wear, and because it's mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs, this unit can be leveled for stabilization on irregular surfaces.
