Hatco HWBHRT-11QTD Description
Because the Hatco HWBHRT-11QTD drop-in heated well is a fabricator component, it can be installed into specifically designed steam tables. It measures 12 5⁄16 inches in diameter by 9 59⁄100 inches high and can be dropped into a countertop cutout measuring from 11 1⁄8 to 11 9⁄16 inches in diameter with included EZ locking hardware. This aluminized and stainless steel unit resists corroding, denting, and warping to preserve its original look throughout use and match other countertop equipment. Its 3⁄4-inch NPT drain can expel residual water and contents after wet operation.
The Hatco HWBHRT-11QTD circular soup warmer's heating element generates ample heat to warm 11 quarts of soup, chili, stew, and sauce for extended periods. To ensure contents are held at desired temperatures, operators can preset temperatures with the thermostatic control's dial, while the thermostat monitors real-time temperatures and adjusts heat as needed. For simple operation, it includes an lighted on/off rocker switch. This 2 3⁄4-inch-wide by 4-inch-high control panel can be installed in a 2 1⁄8-inch-wide by 3 3⁄8-inch-high cutout, and because it's attached to 36-inch-long lead cords, it can be installed away from the warmer.
