Hatco HWBHRT-11QTD Description
For holding 11 quarts of soup, sauce, stew, chili, or curry at safe serving temperatures, this Hatco HWBHRT-11QTD drop-in heated well features a metal-sheathed heating element with a correlating thermostatic control. Operators can preset temperatures with the temperature dial, while the thermostat monitors real-time temperatures and raise or lower heat as needed to ensure product remains at the intended temperature. A separate on/off switch glows when the unit is on so operators can identify when it's in use. Its 23/4-inch-wide by 4-inch-high thermostatic control can be installed into a 21/8-inch-wide by 33/8-inch-high cutout.
The Hatco HWBHRT-11QTD heated soup well is a fabricator-compatible unit that’s ideal for operators with special steam table layouts in mind. This 125/16-inch-diameter by 959/100-inch-high unit can be installed into a countertop cutout between 111/8 and 119/16 inches in diameter for a streamlined look. To expedite installation, it includes EZ locking hardware. Made of aluminized and stainless steel, it resists corroding, denting, and warping, while a 3⁄4-inch NPT drain built into its base simplifies water removal after wet operation.
